Addiciton
Addiction
can be described as a psychological problem that makes a person feels like
he/she can’t live his/her life without a certain food, drug, substance, or even
activity. Addiction means that you’re doing something that is out of the normal
boundary. Addiction is a bad thing when it starts to affect someone’s life too
much. Addiction can also be dangerous when someone is addicted to something
that is harmful for his physical health or other people.
Addiction
usually starts when someone has a problem or maybe something that he/she likes.
That problem would lead someone to do something either to escape the problem or
face it. People that escape the problem
usually seek for something he/she likes then starts to develop a connection
with it. The problem starts when the person starts to have a feeling of real
need of the ‘Thing’. That feeling in some occasions can’t be erased and can
only be pushed, but it’s still there. The feeling of need of something too much
is the beginning of an addiction to something.
Addiction
can also happens because someone is forced to have a norm or forced to do
something. That something or norm becomes it’s part of life that he can’t
remove no matter what. Because of that, someone will start to based his life on
the norm or will feel bad when not doing something that he is forced to do.
This kind of forced something is sometimes a bad thing and also a good thing.
In
conclusion, addiction starts when someone has a problem either a forced problem
or a problem that is common. Addiction can be prevented by creating a strong
mental and habit of facing a problem no matter how difficult it is. Addiction
also starts from ourself.
